Leading Performance's suite of tools incorporates the only Assessment in the world that in one assessment will offer an evaluation of an individuals Thinking Style, Occupational Interests and Learning Index. Additionally our powerful software allows companies to compare potential candidates or current employees with a scientific benchmark for desired behavior traits or predicted actions. The results of hiring and retaining not only the best people, but also the ones best suited for a particular role, are most dramatically evident in productivity and profits. Benchmarking is made simple yet yields extremely powerful results, we offer you the ability to create a benchmark of your high performer/s or complete a manual Job Profile Study and/or merge the two. The Job Pattern that is created out of the information describes a graphic picture and written information of the Thinking Style, Occupational Interests and Behavioral traits that are required for the position. Potential employees and existing under performers within the department the benchmark was created for will then complete their assessment and the software will identify how they compare to the benchmark, offering an overall Job Match percentage followed by a further analysis of Job Match Percentage against: 1) The Thinking Style. 2) The Occupational Interests. 3) The Behavioral Traits. Further information is then given describing how the individual has scored against each of the sub categories within each of the three sections. This 20 point highly accurate and detailed Job Match information offers the ability to correctly identify why an individual is under performing, or if a potential candidate is right for the position, further, the report information will offer coaching suggestions or Interview Suggestion Questions that relate to the identified areas of incorrect match.
